琺瑯是一種使用玻璃融合在表面的材質,
使得表面不易被食物的酸性或是鹼性腐蝕,味道和顏色也不容易沾上,是款非常衛生的餐具。
因為耐熱性高所以冷凍保存、直火或是烤箱的調理方式都沒問題。
(由於內層為鋼板所以無法使用於微波爐。)
