1.為保留梅子特殊的風味煮果醬時並未使用大量的糖去掩蓋梅子的酸味。黃梅果醬酸味明顯，喜歡甜味強烈的客人，購買前請考慮清楚。
2.開封後請放冰箱，請在2個月内享用完
3.為避免果醬發霉，挖取果醬時請使用乾燥、乾淨的果醬刀。
4. 玻璃罐為真空，取下扣環後如果蓋子打不開，建議平行向外拉膠條即可。
