[媽媽小生活] 咖啡
一袋袋不同產區的豆子,各自有獨特迷人的風情。在秚秤上倒入10g豆子,手動磨豆機磨碎堅硬的咖啡豆,放好濾紙,手沖濾紙,細沙般的咖啡粉滑落在濾紙上。輕拍濾杯,整平粉層,倒掉底壼的溫水,測量水溫,拿起手沖壺注入小量熱水,潤濕粉層,預浸10~40秒(視豆子烘焙深淺而定),熱水滲進咖啡堅硬纖維質的細胞壁,咖啡內的氣體被逼出。之後,穩定手腕規律注入細細的水流,由內向外一圈又一圈,再由外向內一圈又一圈。咖啡的香氣隨著這一圈又一圈的蒸氣向上飄散,將煮咖啡的人,帶到另一個誘人的咖啡世界裏。
